Who said time heals all wounds? 源自：h...。少年张君宝（万梓良 饰）原来是少林寺的打杂僧人，虽然一直向往练武，然而每天接触到的都是些洗衣、做饭的杂活，令君宝一直郁郁不得志。一次偶然，君宝因触犯少林寺寺规被赶出了少林，君宝发誓一定要练好武功、出人头地。离开少林后，君宝一次偶然机会遇到了奇人陶石麟，在他死缠烂打之下，石麟终于同意收他为徒，从此，君宝就住在石麟家跟他学习武艺。 石麟的养女彩衣（米雪 饰）见君宝老实忠厚、英俊潇洒，对他芳心暗许，处处帮助，而石麟表面对君宝十分刻薄，彩衣处处护着君宝，爱情在两人之间慢慢滋长。石麟吩咐君宝炼成用手将抛起的豆腐接住的本领，然而，豆腐实在太柔软了，每次君宝都把它捏碎。君宝一直苦练而不得法，甚至想用诡计瞒骗石麟。随后，石麟又安排他去弹棉花。君宝在弹棉花时看着飞舞的棉絮，终于领悟出用手接豆腐的诀窍。之后在挚友空明和尚（曹达华 饰）的点化下、君宝终于悟出“以柔克刚、后发制人”的道理。 这时，小王爷爱上了彩衣，而彩衣却与君宝私定终身，故因爱成恨；同时，郡主美妮（米雪 饰）亦因爱上了君宝无奈他已有了彩衣，也因爱成恨。小王爷和美妮开始了共同联手对付君宝和彩衣。。Haunted by the memory of Walter Holderlin, a soldier he killed during World War I, French musician Paul Renard (Phillips Holmes) confesses to a priest (Frank Sheridan), who grants him absolution.
