故事根据导演彭浩翔的小说《特别任务连》改编，讲一班飞虎队员想召妓，但又不敢在香港搞，最后要偷渡去澳门。原本进展顺利的计划，因为澳门司警的扫黄行动逐渐演变成一场闹剧。众人身为警员，反遭牢狱之灾，利用绝技逃生，却被全面通缉，孤注一掷之下，竟又与贼同船。几经斗智斗勇，众人不仅了解到彼此的心结，更阴差阳错的成为缉拿悍匪贼王滔的关键。每名飞虎队员也在这场建队历史上，绝无仅有的行动中，重新认识了自己，领悟到团队精神之重要。。In the far east the star of great power is stolen by an ambitious woman, who was jealous of the jungle girl who was sent by the gods, also succeeds in kidnapping her.
