久利奥，一个搞着自己论文的电影系学生，在他不忙于观看德国表现主义作品或经典恐怖影片时，在当地音像店度过大部分时间。在店里的一天晚上他与住在自己公寓外街道另一边的萨沙相识。而第二天，萨沙的母亲被发现死亡。久利奥确信谋杀的实施从阿尔弗雷德.希区柯克的影片中得到启发，于是违背女朋友的忠告，决定开始他自己的调查...。The Once-Lers are told by the owner that they can sit on the wagon and that it had better not move.
