本片以长崎作为本片的拍摄背景。透过四个孩子的眼睛，记录了麻麻获旅居美国七十年的兄长邀请前往夏威夷，以圆兄妹团聚的美梦。然而麻麻的亡夫多年前被原子弹炸死，这事令麻麻梗梗于怀，迟迟未答应前往相聚，藉著美日混血的侄儿到访，一场缠绕四十多年的仇恨，终于得到解结。全片清新怡人， 笑中有泪。。Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.
