主要讲述了名扬中外的藏刀第五代传人多吉的故事。多吉不仅以打造宝刀闻名，还肩负着保护山区野生动物的重任。由于年事已高，他希望将藏刀技艺传给儿子扎旺，但扎旺因考上大学而不愿继续这一传统行业。父子因此产生矛盾，最终导致扎旺离家出走，多吉被捕杀野生动物团伙重伤身亡。扎旺在经历了一系列波折后，最终回到家乡开设了藏刀加工厂，继续守护这片净土。。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee). Rutherford explains that he owes his current incapacitation to an attack by an inmate. Rutherford reveals his unorthodox plan to determine Martin's suitability for the post of head...。
