The creator of "The Fly" and "Dead Ringers" manages to observe himself after death, all curious about the body who peacefully rest in bed and to which he reacts very tenderly.。黄子贤，三十多岁，妻子美华占了他三分之二的人生。初中时，情窦初开的子贤视美华为他的女神，中学毕业二人便结婚，然后开始捱世界，经过十多年打拼，子贤已经是一个有名的临床心理学教授。 可是，子贤偶尔望望美华，不禁会认为当年的青春小艾早已被消磨得满面风霜，加上美华患上不能治愈的长期哮喘，甚至影响夫妻二人的性生活，令正值盛年的他不禁对人生抱有一点儿缺憾……。
