本剧剧情分为三部分依序为：帝骑完结编、双骑初始之夜、最后才为帝骑跟双骑联手打击怪人的电影大战2010。 其中，帝骑完结编的主笔编剧为米村正二，写作风格结构松散、逻辑跳脱；双骑初始之夜的主笔编剧为三条陆，写作风格结构严谨、逻辑井然。此剧前面两部分各为负责的脚本家所撰写，最后一部分再同时融合此两位不同风格的脚本家联合写剧本。。1958年，冷战期间，在贝尔格莱德附近的温卡科学研究所，两位科学家、两个世界和两种意识形态面临着一场生存考验。。Ësáasi Eweera, one of the last kings of the Bubi people of the island of Bioko, Equatorial Guinea, and a thorn in the side of the Spanish colonial powers, died in 1904 in mysterious circumstances.
