詹妮科与朋友们去挪威中南部优兹黑姆山滑雪，结果遭遇变态杀人狂，朋友惨遭杀害，而詹妮科在一番搏斗之后将杀人狂推入冰缝，艰难逃生，最终被人搭救。在当地的奥塔医院中，她向警方诉说了惨剧的经过。警方迅速展开搜索，很快发现杀人狂以及遇难者的尸体，并将尸体运回奥塔医院暂时保存。然而杀人狂的命竟如此刚硬，他渐渐苏醒过来，旋即展开了大屠杀，医院瞬间变成人间地狱。再次逃生的詹尼科决心重入雪山，彻底除掉这个恐怖无情的杀人魔王……。Supergran is a children's television programme, about a grandmother with super powers played by Gudrun Ure.
