The film introduces bands such as Silly, Chicorée, San...。少女程汐年意外重生，在得知自己前世被利用致死的真相后与为报家族血仇而潜伏在程家的苏景原成为盟友，二人默契配合，但亦有数度交锋，在仇恨与温情牵绊的复杂情感交织下携手前行。。《私人會所》的故事講述家境不佳大學生Milo（馮海銳飾）因好友巧盈（陳美伊飾）炒股失利，結果跟巧盈一起到仿如夜總會運作高級私人會所Balcony工作賺錢，在Joey媽（陳潔玲飾）的帶領下，與菲菲（湯加文飾）與Sabrina（鍾卓菲飾）每晚陪著客人。証券分析員 Steven（李任燊飾）在工作關係由富二代Lucas（麥子樂飾）帶到Balcony，並且認識了莊家倫爺（李凱賢飾）及阿傑（陳詠謙飾）。Stephen首次在Balcony便遇上首天工作的Milo，並且互相發展。考了經紀牌的巧盈則希望能讓陳傑開戶，而Lucas在不得志下卻對Joey媽有感，而倫爺卻對菲菲有其好感。不過在股場之下，卻隱藏著暗湧，影響眾人命運。。
